1. Agreement

By using the services of CUCIT Security ("we," "us," "our"), including receiving SMS communications, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CUCIT Security provides IT security consulting services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, network security audits, and related services as defined in individual service agreements with clients.

3. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from CUCIT Security, you agree to the following:

You consent to receive business-related SMS messages at the phone number you provide.
Messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, security scan notifications, and service communications.
Message frequency varies based on active engagements.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
SMS is not used for marketing, promotions, or communications unrelated to our services.
We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery.

4. Consent

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from CUCIT Security. You may receive our services without opting in to SMS communications.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during security engagements is treated as confidential unless otherwise specified in writing. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

CUCIT Security provides security testing and consulting services in good faith. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the scope of the applicable service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, assessments, and deliverables produced by CUCIT Security remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point they are licensed to the client for internal use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
